Welcome to the Horse and Groom. We are a family run pub and restaurant in the pretty West Norfolk market town of Swaffham. We offer a friendly, relaxed pub with a restaurant and en suite rooms.

Swaffham is the perfect base from which to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful surrounding countryside with the stunning Brecklands easily accessible. There is a bustling and vibrant market every Saturday, which has been a feature of the life of the town since medieval times.

Only four miles away is the ancient village of Castle Acre, where you can visit the ruins of a 12th century castle or the remains of a monastic priory set in its own beautiful grounds. Further on, you can explore the stunning north Norfolk coast with its fabulous beaches, charming villages and magnificent stately homes.
